Tatiana Vinogradova is Co-Founder of BER-LINK and CEO and Founder of PRO-GlobalSearch GmbH. She brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, and HR consulting across private equity, venture capital, investment banking, finance, legal, and AI.
Her work spans Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS region. At BER-LINK, she helps shape a community that feels international, well chosen, and genuinely useful for people who value strong introductions and long-term business relationships.
Nataliya Iakovleva
Nurturing a community that’s thoughtful, warm, and built to last.
Nataliya Iakovleva is Co-Founder of BER-LINK and CEO and Founder of DMAG GmbH. She brings more than 20 years of business experience, including the development of German furniture retail networks in Russian-speaking markets as well as work in real estate and interior-related projects.
Since 2017, she has been running her own company in Berlin. Within BER-LINK, she helps keep the community thoughtful, welcoming, and consistent, so first meetings can turn into trusted relationships over time.
